Because of the limited capacity to prepare your event up to BASH ENTERTAINMENT standard, the parties recognize that it is exceptionally unlikely that BASH ENTERTAINMENT would be able to mitigate any losses caused by underutilization or cancellation of your journey. The parties agree that prospectively calculating the damages BASH ENTERTAINMENT would suffer as the result of cancellation or attrition would be exceptionally difficult. The amounts due for underutilization or cancellation set forth herein are intended as liquidated damages and not as a penalty.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you should cancel your reservation within three days (3) after your booking has been made, BASH ENTERTAINMENT will fully refund your journey. If you should cancel your reservation after 3 days and before 4 days upon arrival, BASH ENTERTAINMENT shall be entitled to collect, as liquidated damages thirty percent (30% ) to cover the loss of any other potential booking and pre made reservation made with our partners. If you should canceled four days (4) off and prior your arrival or do not show up for your reservation made, BASH ENTERTAINMENT will be entitled to keep the full amount paid and not refund any of services pre booked. Taxes and applicable service charges will be added to all liquidated damage amounts.
